I like everything that's old: Old times, old manners, old friends, old books... (smile) and most importantly the chance to have them all together as I celebrate getting old! (smile)
Perfect dinner, perfect venue, perfect music, perfect stroll down to a vintage clothes shop, and an old bookstore, perfect old friend and co-worker, perfect conversation about historic old times, scripts, and warriors, ... perfect smiles, wishes and laughs, and perfect 30th birthday cherry cobbler! Gwyn is such a great Artist, teacher, eloquent and lively person and friend. I am already excited to see her next painting project and wall mural! Gwyn, I can't wait to race with our tennis ball cushioned walkers together in our future nursing home when we get really old (smile)
Happy birthdays to Us!
And Arah was such a trooper on mommy's family birthday dinner I couldn't be more proud of her! Ahhh it feels so good to be able to sit down in a restaurant and eat your food in its entirety without having to excuse yourself from the table to take a venture/showing around tour!

So well said, Shirin! I haven't visited your lovely blog for a little while. I love it! Keep it up, what a treasure for Arah to look back on. Great pictures and writing. I am inspired :)
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot Charity. Let's say I'm inspired by so many good blogs around here :) I always enjoyed writing and have so much to talk about that real world doesn't seem to have time for. I hope Arah will like it when she's grown up.
